Web Hosting: Version's web site is hosted on servers powered by sustainable energy. Please visit www.sustainablewebsites.com for more info.
Recycling and Office Resources: Version recycle paper, cardboard and printer cartridges. We also use recycled paper in all of our printers and buy re-manufactured printer cartridges from a company who donate a percentage of their revenue to charity (go to www.infotone.co.uk for more info. Whenever possible, we re-use incoming packaging materials and endeavour to perform business electronically to reduce our paper usage.
Power: In our office we switch off equipment when it is not in use. We do not leave monitors, printers or any other non-essential appliances on standby overnight. In the summer, we use Solios (please visit www.solio.com for more info) when it is sunny to to charge our ipods and mobile phones.
Products: To keep our office clean we use environmentally friendly cleaning products (please visit www.ecover.com/ for more info). Our printer paper, photocopier paper and bin bags are recycled and when we fancy a cuppa, our Tea and coffee is bought from producers with fair trade schemes.
Transport: The majority of the company either cycle, walk or get public transport to work.
